Add users to the audiences. Getting insights is great, but solving peoples' problems is wonderful. One of the most useful features of Pivony is to create user groups based on their common interest or attitude. Right after that, you can export these user groups or target them for Email marketing.
Email marketing is used for sending bulk emails to a group of users (defined in our platform as the audience). You can notify your audience regarding topics of your choice without having to create separate reports to include attachments in your e-mail. By simply selecting your target audience, you can notify your audience on the latest insights you obtained using Pivony.
The Report section enables generating reports from your dashboard so that you can save your data and insights. In order to create a report, you simply click on the Create Your Report Now option. You then choose the Dashboard based on which the report will be generated, and the information that you want to be included in the report. After clicking Okay, your report will be ready in pdf format.
