Intro

In this guide, we explain the three types of users that you can choose for yourself and your teams when you’re using Pivony. Different user types have different levels of permissions and actions allowed, which will make it easy for you to manage your teams. You can decide which tasks you’ll assign to your team members and what information to share with other teams by choosing the right role for your co-workers.

The three types of users on the Pivony platform are:

• Admin (power-user)
• Read+write user
• Read user

Admin

The admin has the most permissions on the platform. The actions an admin user can take are listed as follows:

• Add and remove users
• Create and delete teams
• Create and delete dashboards
• Share or cancel sharing dashboards with other teams
• Create a private dashboard
