This option is applicable only when you analyze your customers' reviews. The motivation to create an audience is to group your customers based on their common expectations and take offline & online actions. An audience is a list of customer identifiers.

To take an action in

• Offline: You can export the audience and use them with your internal campaign promotion tools.
• Online: You can run an email marketing campaign on TopicScope platform. Use the email marketing option, and choose a recently created audience as the recipient.

To add users in an audience, click on any topic, choose the users. At the bottom of the page, you will see how many users selected. Click on the plus button at the bottom right of the page, and add users to the audience.
