First, enter your Zendesk Subdomain.
How can I obtain my Zendesk Subdomain
There are two ways to get your subdomain
If you log in to your account the subdomain is the starting part of the URL: https://your_subdomain.zendesk.com,
Or you can click here and by entering your email you will get your subdomain in your email inbox.
Secondly, add your Zendesk email, the email that is integrated with your account.
Thirdly, enter your Zendesk Tickets Token.
How To obtain your Zendesk Ticket Token?
To get an API token, go to Admin > Channels > API
In the Zendesk Support admin interface, then click the Add New Token link.
How to create a Dashboard using your Zendesk Tickets?
After you click on the "New Dashboard", you need to choose "Zendesk Tickets" as your platform.
Specify your Category because Pivony will create fixed topics based on your choice.
